Albin Bendu — Norges Yogafestival

Albin Bendu had a promising sports career in boxing, football and diving. He was one of Norway’s best breakdancers in the 80’s, but threw away all his talents in a long drug career and petty crimes. After a long prison sentence in Ila prison he begun to practice yoga in 2013. Since then he has continued to educate himself. Albin is today one of the main teachers in Back in the Ring. He is also a skilled carpenter. Albin’s eternal optimism and positive attitude towards life has made him a sought-after lecturer and yoga teacher for BITR, showing improved ways in how to make a comeback in life through building up healthy patterns that last long term.
